We carefully test all our products to ensure it's suitability and comfort for the Indian Consumer with emphasis on quality and techniques. We use only top materials from our solid wood, upholstery, polish and foam for the highest quality and finish.
FAQ
Yes, we delivery our bespoke furniture pieces all over India. Transportation charges would be additional and as per actuals for projects outside of Bangalore City Limits.
We take between 45-60 working days from the date of advance payment to dispatch your bespoke furniture pieces. For larger orders, the dispatch timeline may extend to 60-90 working days.
We offer a 3 Year warranty on any manufacturing defects for all our bespoke furniture pieces. Any product damages that may occur during transportation will be covered by LVNG. The warranty does not cover Fabrics, Glass and Stone Elements.
We do not accept any cancellations after the order has been confirmed. We considered the advance payment as a order confirmation.
We do not offer any refunds for products. Incase you receive any damaged product, we will offer a replacement for the same.
